Birthdate: July 16, 1972
Birthplace: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Height: 6′2 | Weight: 215 lbs.
Giants Seasons: 4

Paxton Schulte was a fan favourite the minute he pulled on a Giants jersey. In his four years with the Giants he became an ambassador for the team on and off the ice and won a league and playoff championship. Joining the team in 2000 for their first season from the Bracknell Bees Paxton brought with him an ability to score as well as play very tough. Prior to joining the Giants Paxton had two NHL games to his name for Quebec and Calgary and had spent most of his career in the AHL before coming to the UK. Many still regard him as one of the best all-round players to have turned out for the Giants.

On leaving the Giants Paxton retired as the teams all-time leading points scorer and penalty minute getter. He came out of retirement after one year to play a season split with Amarillo and Tulsa before going back into retirement. In 2007 his jersey was officially retired by the organisation in a ceremony the night before Todd Kelman’s testimonial game.
