Kory was the Giants first star. In the teams first season he was the go to guy and lead the team in scoring that year. Unfortunately his excellent play on a developing team lead to interest from other teams and he left for a year before being tempted back to the Giants once again. The team he found a year after leaving was a much improved team having just won a league title and looking to go for a playoff championship. Kory again racked up the numbers for the Giants team as he helped them all the way to that playoff crown. A superb playmaker and one of the best penalty killers in team history there have been rumours of a return ever since he left but one has yet to materialise.

After leaving the Giants Kory went back to play in North America having spells in the AHL.
