Curits Huppe was one of the most natural goal-scorers the Giants ever had. His scoring ratio was remarkable and he consistently put the puck in the net. Well, not quite. Upon joining the Giants Curtis struggled to find the goal but once they started coming they didn’t stop and when he left the Giants he was second all-time leading scorer with a 1.20 points per game average and a leading 0.60 goals per game mark. Playing wingman to some of the best set-up players the Giants have had in Tony Hand and Theo Fleury he helped lead the Giants to a league title. Although he left the Giants under somewhat of a cloud after being dropped from the team for the 2007 playoff run, it was a shame as when he played for the Giants he played hard and played very well.

After leaving the Giants Curtis joined the Coventry Blaze.
