The Giants lost tonight 4-2 to Edinburgh. That normally might leave the fans angry and frustrated falling to one of the bottom of the table teams but given the fact the boys had played on the two previous nights a third game in three days was always going to be tough on a team with so many players out injured. Naturally they couldn’t keep the weekends momentum of scoring for fun going and lost the game.

It doesn’t matter too much in the league side of thing as that battle looks to have been over for a while now. The main challenge for the Giants is getting everyone healthy again and game fit over the next few weeks before the playoffs begin.

That is about all I have to say on that quiet end to a weekend of good results.
