The win was against title rivals Nottingham which also helped their cause it moved the team up a place above the Panthers into 3rd.

Coventry are the only team above the Giants in action and they play the Phoenix with the chance to pull 4 points behind the Steelers at the top. As of right now the Steelers lead with 40 points through 24 games, the Blaze on 34 points through 20 games and the Giants on 32 points through 20 games.
